You can also buy tickets here.

This spring the Barbican Theatre’s 8 Friday night performances that make up the Flourish season brings some of the most exciting new work being created in the South West to Plymouth audiences

Back for its second year after a sell out first season, Flourish 2012 opens with Uncanny Theatre’s darkly comic show Optimism on Friday 10 February at 7.30pm.  Running every Friday (except for 24 February) until 6 April the season brings together an amazing mix of dance, theatre , film, music and spoken word.  It will give audiences the opportunity to sample a wide variety of live performance all in one of Plymouth’s most ambitious and progressive arts organisations.

Flourish Fridays are a chance for audiences to spot the hidden gem and see some of the newest work from the South West.

Flourish  Fridays are followed by post show discussions professionally led by industry experts allowing audiences and artists alike space to reflect on the performance and feed back to each other.
